This awareness enables us to consciously choose where to direct our energy, time and resources to maximise the benefits of our creativity, resources and energy. While these practices have enjoyed popularity in complementary medicine they are now accepted as part of mainstream medicine. This is due to overwhelming scientific evidence and research in fields of science such as Quantum Physics and Neuroscience that have substantiated their natural positive effect of re-balancing mental disorder, negative habits and relieving symptoms of chronic ailments that clinical processes are unable to heal or medicate. These ancient practices have an effect on developing positive mind states and habits supporting the longevity of well-being. They are self empowering, evolving and for most become the cornerstone of their lives as they find the joy and freedom and depth of spirituality taking their lives to so many dimensions of awareness and growth.
Our meditation and mindfulness classes are to help you explore life skills and techniques to retrain, refocus and evolve your mind to what is relevant and essential in your quest for balance, wellness and happiness. Connecting with people of like minds and the cross-pollination of ideas and life experiences are empowering. If we are focused on enhancing our lives, we are more likely to succeed and even accelerate our progress alongside others who have the same intent or who have reached higher ground. If you are new to meditation and mindfulness it is recommended that you invest in learning the basis of meditation and mindfulness to fully appreciate and understand the workings and techniques of these mind transforming processes. The monthly Full Moon meditations are group service in focus and we recommend these for those who have had a good grounding in meditation as some understanding of ancient wisdom and esoteric teachings is required.
