These meditations are restorative with emphasis on healing the consciousness affecting a healthy lifestyle using various ancient techniques and processes of meditation and mindfulness. During these meditations your mind will be retune to the inner stillness, peace and loving energy of your inner Divine nature. Reconnecting to this universal aspect of your spirituality is the key to sustaining emotional, physical and spiritual balance and well-being.
To transform the way you think affecting the way you live it requires unlearning and re-learning new mind states, new habits and embracing new ideas. To fast track this mechanical process of re-programming new mindsets, meditation and mindfulness connects you to your Soul consciousness. During this contact you experience the higher aspects of your universal nature of spirit. This experience expands your awareness of Self leading to a gradual or instant transformation from within. Being in new environments and meeting new people outside of your normal lifestyle supports the new changes you are making. Being with people that reflect to you the qualities and lifestyle you desire inspires and strengthens you on your journey and to achieving whatever goals you are working towards. Harnessing the power of group energy and intent is another boost to inner transformation.
These meditations are guided and sometimes accompanied by music while you sit on a chair, mat or ly down. Our Centre is five minutes from the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, train station and the Mitchell freeway with plenty of free parking.

Dress Mode and what to bring
Dress comfortably, our Centre has heating and cooling system. For hygiene reasons please bring a throw rug if you feel the cold as you are lying down or sitting still for an hour. Meditation Mats, cushions and chairs are provided. Bring a water bottle and anything else to personalise your experience ie cushion, crystals sacred objects.
We have free parking in the front and back of the Centre. Please park anywhere other that parking that have sign post assigned to businesses we share the premises with. Parking on the road is also free.
