Healing Hearts Meditation provides a foundation and in-depth of learning and healing that will touch your heart and essence to assist and help you in your daily life, improving well-being and health on all levels.
During a guided meditation accompanied by music you will begin your journey by connecting to the breath and the body to ground you in the moment. This is continued by placing your focus and attention consciously on the body through gentle movements. This gradually relaxes the whole body system enabling you to go deeper into the art of meditation and mindfulness. Affirmations are used during breath work to assist in slowing the mind chatter with focus on the positive words.
Now that you are relaxed you are now ready to explore the multi-dimensions of your unique nature. Each meditation will have its own flavour of inner journey that will always meet your needs at any given time. These meditations increase joy, happiness, peace, calmness and serenity supported by the angelic healing of Crystals. They are intuitively guided with knowledge, techniques, wisdom and understanding to help you learn to meditate anywhere and anytime.

Dress Mode and what to bring
Dress comfortably, our Centre has heating and cooling system. For hygiene reasons please bring a throw rug if you feel the cold as you are lying down or sitting still for an hour. Meditation Mats, cushions and chairs are provided. Bring a water bottle and anything else to personalise your experience ie cushion, crystals sacred objects.
We have free parking in the front and back of the Centre. Please park anywhere other that parkings that have sign post assigned to businesses we share the premises with. Parking on the road is also free.
